An IT company in Ghansoli moved into a brand new office and we were given the delectable task of designing this new space. The client wanted a modern office with space for employees’ amenities and comfort. Glass partitions bear the idea of transparency in the company while also allowing natural light to percolate into the deep interior spaces. A conference room, accounts section and cabins for the senior management are also placed along the periphery of the program while employee workstations occupy the central yard of space. The open-plan eating area and discussion table are easy to access for employees taking short breaks as well as for meetings with potential clients and is a highlight of the office since they are oriented towards the best outdoors view. The window-facing coffee section was instantly popular and a much loved feature of the new layout. Modular furniture was used for the workstations and other tables.
