Family Bungalow in Secunderabad
The bungalow was designed for a client who needed an updated living premises. We were the architects of this project, responsible for planning the architectural layouts of the property, style and design of the bungalow's elevations, while interior design was done by Welworth Designs.

The clients' various rooms were allotted spaces along a simple grid, complying with prevalent Vastu requirements. The living room has a double heighted space that opens out into an ample balcony. A gym is housed on the terrace and a home-theatre room is nestled into a corner of the house with relatively less natural light and external noise. The spacious house also accommodates a guest living room, a kitchen, dining room, grandparents room, master bedroom, two children's bedrooms, a prayer room and a family lounge. A servants room and ample parking space is available on the ground floor stilt level. An elevator shaft and staircase that goes up to the terrace occupy a central position in the layout. Two large balconies on the either floor provide ample space for outdoor furniture.
